I used Redpath Relocations to move from Vancouver to PENTICTON last June. I was so impressed with their sales and service and their efficiency. The estimator was thorough and helpful. The actual loading in and out was so smooth. I also required disassembly and assembly of my furniture which was done seamlessly. VERY happy with this company.

Redpath came to move our belongings to their storage facility. We had prepped and packed in boxes, sealing most of them (we ran out of tape). To my surprise, not only did they double tape all boxes, they did so quickly and efficiently. All of our furniture was carefully wrapped and packed up in their van. All was done by two men who I thought were to small to pack so much stuff but clearly, they really know what they are doing. They finished just short of the time they had estimated. We had originally planned to do self storage and rent a moving van but decided to have them do all of it. I am so glad we did! I would highly recommend Redpath if you want to move without killing yourself! Thanks so much.

Redpath delivered a large rug I’d ordered online (from Pottery Barn). The deliveryman, Manuel, let me know when he was 45-mins away, and then again when he was 10-mins away, which was really thoughtful. He then arrived with a smile, was really careful when he brought our rug in, and was just overall a great guy. Incredible service all around!

We used Redpath Relocations to move some commercial Kitchen equipment between our stores and the crew was great. It was not an easy move but the crew was able to handle all of the challenges!

They checked in before the move and made sure we were ready I wouldn’t even consider anyone else for office and warehouse moving.

We used Redpath for packing, delivery and assembly. Every single step we were impressed with. They packers and movers gave us suggestions to make our loves easier once we got to our new home. The assemblers were very quick and very good. They also gave us some suggestions on furniture placement. We were comfortable with all 5 staff that entered our home throughout the process. Every staff member said good things about the company which in my opinion is a big deal and a big representation of how the company operates. They worked and worked and worked. I offered them food and water and they wouldn’t stop working. I will use their services again and would recommend to anyone. Saw a poor review on their trucks not sure if they got new ones or not but the trucks were newish and we didn’t run into any problems. Oh also Laurie who gave us the quote was bang on. She was very sweet and also educated us on the best way to set up for a successful move.

Professional, clean. On time… And all my items showed up undamaged. They also have items in storage and somehow they figured out how to get the stuff I needed moved, and the storage stuff to their dry secure storage…My move not very big for these guys, but I was still treated like I was important.

We recently completed our office move in BC and Toronto. Not only did Brooks help us with our local move but helped us find an excellent team for our Toronto office. I dealt with an extremely professional group that ensured we had everything we needed, was knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. They ensured everything ran smoothly. Redpath Relocations is a great moving company. I also introduced Redpath to my friend. After his relocation my friend called me back and thanked me for introducing him. He said the move went extremely smooth and the customer service was incredible. They called before arriving, emailing the night before and even staying extra when their time was up to help with putting the TV stand together. He said the people were very classy. They did not smoke or swear like ones he used in the past. To his surprise he got a personal visit from the rep the following week to make sure the move went well. He thanked and said he will definitely use them again.

This is where West Elm has its furniture that’s not in the basement of the store on Granville St. I purchased a dresser from West Elm and was given the option of picking it up for free from here or getting it delivered and assembled for a fee. Being cheap, I chose pickup. We set up a day and I called in the morning to confirm it was ready for pickup. Then I drove there and the front desk staff told me to drive around back. We pulled in, told them what we were picking up and a nice employee prepared to load it in the car. My partner helped. Easy peasy less than one minute loading job. He was really friendly. This company does relocations and moves apparently. I have no experience on that front but if it’s the same staff that does moves, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them. They were straightforward, on it and not wasting your time or their own which showed me they take their job seriously.

We used Redpath Relocations during our recent office move from Port Coquitlam to Coquitlam. The team was professional from the start and took care of everything for us. They even moved our furniture into the appropriate offices, unpacked and took away the cardboard from the newly purchased furniture. We would recommend them to everyone for their next move.

I rarely write a review but after the service we received from this company I want everyone to know. I have always moved myself after hearing horror stories about other moving companies but I am getting a little older and have a bad arm from a quading injury. My wife and I sold our townhouse and the possession date was faster then we wanted. We called Redpath Relocations on a long weekend expecting to leave a message but someone picked up. They weren’t open but he could sense the urgency. We needed boxes, tape, packing paper, etc. Everything!! We were told, “don’t worry we are closed but we will stay here and wait for you to come pick up everything you need.” I couldn’t believe it. This was just a piece of how the whole move went. They made the whole move super easy for us. They are a family owned and operated company. We met the owners Tim & Lori Redpath because we wanted to let them know how happy we were with there staff and can tell they really do care that all their customers are happy. I am highly recommending this company and will use them again for moving and storage whenever we need them.
