This is where West Elm has its furniture that’s not in the basement of the store on Granville St. I purchased a dresser from West Elm and was given the option of picking it up for free from here or getting it delivered and assembled for a fee. Being cheap, I chose pickup. We set up a day and I called in the morning to confirm it was ready for pickup. Then I drove there and the front desk staff told me to drive around back. We pulled in, told them what we were picking up and a nice employee prepared to load it in the car. My partner helped. Easy peasy less than one minute loading job. He was really friendly. This company does relocations and moves apparently. I have no experience on that front but if it’s the same staff that does moves, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them. They were straightforward, on it and not wasting your time or their own which showed me they take their job seriously.
