Redpath delivered a large rug I’d ordered online (from Pottery Barn). The deliveryman, Manuel, let me know when he was 45-mins away, and then again when he was 10-mins away, which was really thoughtful. He then arrived with a smile, was really careful when he brought our rug in, and was just overall a great guy. Incredible service all around!
